I received an email from the aforementioned general, who is the owner of a car company. He sent me a link to contact him officer, so I could pay the fee to receive my car. (3,000 USD)

The scammer used a "honey trap" to obtain leave, and the applicant (using the form they provided) and money to pay $3,200 USD for the leave. When I contacted him, he threatened to arrest me. And then "the above happened."...Please my good friend. How to said with one, result we are comprehension together (understand opinion each other is all. My good friend! Thanks Gen.) 

Conclusion:

a. The voice on the phone via Email is very difficult to hear. It's almost "distorted sound". 

b. The voice on WhatsApp is clearer, but still difficult to hear. 

c. It's best to "record the audio" and send it via WhatsApp Chat for the "clearest" sound, and remember to set the speed to 1x...

 Fraudulent transactions: I have received many Vietnamese bank accounts. In this post, there are 2 Vietnamese people, who participated in the "fraud ring" and they created about 19 fake nicknames on Facebook and often contacted on Whatsapp application.
