The scammer used a "honey trap" to obtain leave, and the applicant (using the form they provided) and money to pay $3,200 USD for the leave. When I contacted him, he threatened to arrest me. Conclusion:

a. The voice on the phone via Email is very difficult to hear. It's almost "distorted sound". 

b. The voice on WhatsApp is clearer, but still difficult to hear. 

c. It's best to "record the audio" and send it via WhatsApp Chat for the "clearest" sound, and remember to set the speed to 1x...

 Fraudulent transactions: I have received many Vietnamese bank accounts. In this post, there are 2 Vietnamese people, who participated in the "fraud ring" and they created about 19 fake nicknames on Facebook and often contacted on Whatsapp application.
