       I.- Entering meditation is quiet.
The truth of the universe is silence 🔕.  Silence is the truth, it is mysterious, it is undisturbed (not agitated), so it is also called True Suchness or discreetness. The concentration of meditation is the secret, and the secret of meditation contains: spirituality, awareness, and spirit. Therefore, when called concentration, it can give birth to true wisdom and precepts. Concentration is right, confusion is wrong, that's why it's called right concentration. And also because there is righteousness, there is Zen and Samadhi. Right Concentration is Nirvana, a person's mind returns to right concentration, with True Suchness, after full enlightenment, he is called Tathagata or Buddha. Therefore, Right Concentration is the place where all sentient beings, all things, and dharmas were born, and is also the place to return. Or the destination, rest, and retirement of living beings, all things, and dharmas, that's it!
  • The body of meditation is the vast universe, infinite, empty, quiet and dark.; Thể của thiền định là vũ trụ bao la, vô cực, không không, vắng lặng và tối đen.
  • The form of concentration is True Suchness, unmoving, standing still, dead and still, inert.; Tướng của định là Chân Như, không vọng động, đứng ngừng, chết nghỉ, trơ trơ.
  • The uses of concentration are change, evolution, happiness and enlightenment, spiritual fruition, and supernatural powers.; Dụng của định là thay đổi, tiến hóa, an vui và giác ngộ, quả linh và thần thông.
  • The principle of concentration is natural and true.;  của định là tự nhiên, chơn thật. ✒✔✖✅
___ The body of concentration is the precepts, the reason of concentration is wisdom, and the nature of concentration is truth. And also concentration is the active mind of all living beings; or also life, power and all-inclusive, etc.
Meditating and entering concentration are peaceful and joyful results, but the path to concentration is called the Way, and attaining right concentration: called attainment. Concentration is the destination, the result, and the purpose of the paths. Concentration is the most powerful ability! Concentration is the life of our body and mind.Right concentration is the ego! (In the root of the Sino-Vietnamese word it is called: ego-self.; Trong gốc của từ Hán-Việt gọi là: bổn-ngã.) Before the globe is concentration after the globe is concentration. Before the body is born there is concentration, after birth the body is concentration.

  • Before waking up is concentration, after waking up is concentration.
  •  Before work is concentration, after work is concentration.
  • Before speaking, there is concentration; after speaking, there is concentration.
  • Before resting is concentration, after resting is concentration.
  • ___ Namo Buddha! Namo Dharma! Namo Sangha. May this fire 🔥 offer the Buddhas the ten directions and three lives...(1954). [Guru THICH GIAC TINH...Ok! Alright! This is a secret thing, I promise not to tell anyone, our Guru. (His nickname is Seven fire 🔥)]
  • O O O...(bell sounds)

NAMO Buddha!!!... Concentration is constant everywhere, at all times: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind must always be concentrated. The teacher, without intention, is dead; the student, without intention, is crazy. Anyone who doesn't make a decision will suffer!?!...O
___ Entering meditation is a good night's sleep, or a happy death.[213].Therefore, concentration is the taste of things. Only by entering samadhi can there be success or failure for each type of person. =>  Link: cái chết sướng ; a happy death [795]

Only with the right way can there be concentration, and the right path is the ability to give birth to the results of entering concentration. The Right Path is: good, good is not evil, evil is covering the original mind, covering the original mind is forgetting: concentration!  Therefore, people without concentration are evil, confused, miserable, and have no way to go. So if you want to have concentration, you must prevent evil! And stay away from noisy places, that is, keep the precepts, create the precepts for yourself, to preserve concentration, have concentration! With concentration, there will be no afflictions, futility, or harm.
Therefore, our life must be disciplined; a lot of precepts mean a lot of concentration, a few precepts mean little concentration, and no precepts mean no concentration. An unconcentrated mind is thinking and contemplation, not clear, and is unable to get rid of bad things. Without concentration, without supernatural powers, or spiritual fruit, people must fall into false material things, cling to evil and delusion, bury, lock up, and kill their minds. Therefore, if the mind is concentrated, then our mind will have wisdom, and how much or how little wisdom depends on concentration. A lot of concentration is a lot of wisdom, a little concentration is a little wisdom, and no concentration is no wisdom. Only wisdom that is learned and enlightened can end confusion. Not being deluded means not being swayed by dreams and illusions of the first low level; only then can a person retire. They returned to the Dharma Realm of True-Suchness, rested, became old men, and became noble people. They no longer talk nonsense, do evil, waste their efforts, and waste their efforts.
Thanks to the concentration of the mind, one can remember to hold far and wide. Thanks to remembering and storing up many things of the past and present, we can clearly see the dharmas of the future. Being able to examine life's affairs, see far into the psychology, and hear clearly the level...can eliminate afflictions and attain peace.

With concentration, the image of knowing will be solid, old, big, lush, and indestructible.; Có định thì cái hình bóng của biết mới cứng vững chắc, già, to lớn, tốt tươi và không hư hoại.Concentration is a magical power, thanks to the silence, the mind becomes strong, unified to control change, and effective.
Only with concentration can we dare to believe that we are perfect, not astray, confused, or evil. Concentrating in the right and good place will result in peace, rest, and great concentration. By being determined in evil, one will certainly encounter suffering, turmoil, and great chaos. So call it a decision, or oneness: it is the concentration of silence. There is only the unchangeable seal that is certain and trustworthy as the destiny of sentient beings; that seal is silence! That silence is due to righteousness and goodness. Even though it's not like entering great concentration for a long time, not that momentary concentration. It also gives us a lot of health and rest, and makes us alert and wise. So we should remember that a person without intention is crazy, and a crazy person has no life or knowledge: what is it, where is it? Just as turbulent water is muddy water, if it is dirty water, then it is land: but where is there water? If the water is still, there will be bright glasses that can see all shapes clearly. Just like when the mind is concentrated, one can clearly see that there is a mind, and the mind will be enlightened: it will shine everywhere. This means that without concentration, there is no mind, without mind, there is no self, and then there is no life.
All living beings are without concentration, more or less, or in peaceful sleep. But because we were born from small to large, in matter, in food, clothing, shelter, and disease, the four elements are impermanent and changeable. We go round and round and turn upside down every day, there is no free time to review; consider the living, the known, the self, whether it is still or not: life or death, big or small: how? Do we need to know whether it is intended or not? Many people forget, do not know what the intention is! What's the benefit? So that when it's time to be sick, to be old and weak, or to feel like you're about to die, or be defeated, or have to be tired, miserable, in pain, sad and afraid, and don't know why? Why? Where is the reason? Why? Well, we risk closing our eyes, putting our feet up, and opening our mouths; or blame the karma of bad luck, pray for luck, and leave it to fate. Alas! Life is long and closes our eyes and forgets ourselves like that, then we ask if anyone can have lasting peace? Not only in humans, but all living beings, born from the four great hells, are born from evil. From the darkness, from the inversion of the earth, from grass, trees, animals, and people. From the bottom to the top, until walking, running, talking, and doing, at first, in the chaos, and if you don't stand in the chaos, you know where to stand.
But if we are lucky enough to survive today and reach the human level, thanks to speaking and doing, we will be born with a clear understanding. So why not know the difference between white and black, to preserve life, so that when the body dies, the mind still exists? Than earth, water, fire, and wind are senseless! Born to transform and roll forever are earth, water, fire, and wind without beginning or end, without a true and certain self. Just like the four elements: giving birth to grass, trees, animals, then grass, trees, animals: death becomes the four elements. If this continues forever, there will be no such thing as a seed that can stand for long. Therefore, sentient beings are just servants of suffering and nothingness! So we must concentrate, to hold the self, to stand in a supreme and good position. But don't bother to close your eyes and embrace the cunning wheel of impermanence, so as not to fade away; but after the body disintegrates, the master of the soul remains.
So we should remember that those who do not have any decision, too disordered cerebral suffering according to the material of the four elements: soil, water, fire, wind, rolling. After death, the body returns to the four elements, and the soul will also disintegrate, disorders in the material no longer the silhouette. There is no longer anything to bring the fetus back to life. In that way, it was only earth, water, fire, and wind for a long time to produce grass, trees, animals, and others. The death of life is just like grass, trees, animals, without having our own autonomy, what we are: Seeds like life? [216]
There is meditation, new: happy and living. Fun means living, living means happiness, and suffering is death, dying is suffering. If we live in life so that we have to ignore and suffer, then live: to do it? And whether we can live? Ignorance is miserable to live with, or ignorance to be miserable; disorder means death. The one who died and was in ignorance means hell, what is it: What fun?
So, like the dead and happy, or happy to die, isn't it more precious? But it is fun that we are living, living is happy: I am! If you want to be happy to live: If you have, you must be determined. If you want to have concentration and know it, you must search and reflect: to see clearly that the truth is the right view. Having the Right View: seeing the main truth, new things arise to think about the righteous; Truth-Like, but understand the principles of the law!; Only by understanding the principles of Right Thought can you speak righteously! From the place of Right Speech is the practice of Right Action, which is the right work in accordance with morality! If you do the right thing, you will be able to feed your life by being pure and good, enjoying the peace of mind! Only having Right Livelihood can we rejoice and be diligent in keeping the way forward! Thanks to Right Effort, there is no time to be distracted from evil thoughts, and then the mind will be pure. Mind immediately looking at a place, True-Like does not move, thoughts do not leave the right place!
Through Right Mindfulness, keeping the mind on one good thing, in one place, will help the mind be concentrated. The intention is body and speech: must be determined. Body, speech, and ideas are all called mind-concentration. The intention is the body; the mouth must be determined. Body, speech, and mind are all intended to be called concentration. Concentration in the right place, where the good and wise call for Right Concentration, which is silence, to hold back from retirement, Nirvana is the final place to decide, the definite realm.
The mind that has been determined will no longer change, or the mind that has been in the True Nature will no longer be agitated, sleeping, happy, living forever.
From right view to right concentration is called the Way; to right concentration is called the result. That fruit is the fruit of peace and joy that lives forever, due to enlightenment, sweeping away the mundane roots, the four great ignorances, so it is called Buddhahood, true enlightenment. Enlightenment comes with Truthfulness-Likeness, with True-Likeness comes enlightenment, just as with Right View, there is Right Concentration, with Right Concentration is Right View.
Having the right view leads to enlightenment; with right concentration, there is true likeness, or that is, enlightenment gives birth to right view. True-Like birth right concentration, is the body to depend on one another, not separate.

  • Just like having Investigation [尋察] is my search, contemplating, seeing the truth clearly, there is joy!; Cũng như có Tầm sát [尋察] là tầm tõi, quán xét, thấy rõ lẽ thật, mới có sự mừng!;
  • There is Joy [喜] (joy), because having found the way, there is joy.; Có Hỷ [喜] (mừng), vì lẽ đã gặp được đường đi, mới có sự vui.;
  • Having happiness [樂] (peaceful) when you have reached the right path, no longer suffering, the body and mind will be pure.; Có Lạc [樂] (an vui) khi đã đi tới trúng đường, không còn khổ não, thì thân tâm trí mới trong sạch.
  • Only when there is Pure [淨] (clean) will the mind stand still, no longer be attracted to attraction, so the new Dhyana [定]: enter meditation.; Có Tịnh [淨] (sạch) ý mới yên lặng đứng ngừng, không còn bị sự lôi cuốn hấp dẫn nên mới Định [定]: nhập thiền định.
____ From investigation to concentration, it is called the Way, and when attaining concentration, there are enough spiritual and moral results. That is, wisdom and supernatural powers are called results, which are investigation and concentration.
It contains: joy, happiness, purity, which is pure joy, the most precious thing in life, which is our life.
II.___ Thus, if you want to concentrate, you must have mindfulness; by thinking, remembering a sentence, a thing, a word, something, is determined.
VOCA.: => mindfulness /ˈmaɪndflnəs/n.;
Just like the water contained in the bowl of the cup will be quiet, the idea, thanks to being tied up in one place, must stand stop until long after acquaintance, no longer chaotic. This is an intention, as well as the nib in the fruit, being said (like rice), not doing (like covers), capturing, not allowing it to launch the intention to grow from reincarnation: birth, death. Do not grow a tree that takes root in the earthly world. Thanks to that, the new mind seed is stored for eternity, and the dream mind is deep in the middle of the seed. This mind is the seed, consisting of three parts: the sheath is the body of action, the flesh is the speech and speech, and the thoughts are the inner dream. The mind is there by body and speech, action and speech give rise to ideas. Because in speaking and doing, there are two relative reasons: love, sometimes sad, sometimes happy, then angry, loving to hate, liking to boring, thus giving rise to lust.
Sexual intentions arise in the tree, the grass first. When it comes to animals, it is very evil. Being a human is a bit better. But the mind is agitated: non-stop, so anyone who takes the mind to make us is miserable and crazy. So we have to lock it up and change it to a mind that is white knowledge, discriminative, and educated, so that we won't make mistakes as ignorant as we want, but avoid suffering and accidents.
People who live with a bright and skillful mind are called Gods. But that wise mind is not the end of suffering and failure; one must change the mind to become enlightened. Enlightenment is a clear knowing that is certainly true and not misleading. It is the person who lives honestly because of the place where he knows the light that is stable and happy; the result is more than the ingenuity and intrigue of the mind. Besides, there are two wisdom: Drunk wisdom and wisdom! Drunk wisdom is distinguishing between white and black, but has not yet woken up to give up false falsehoods. Wisdom is the white understanding with the real practice, which can get rid of the sin of lies, keep the truth like silence, purity, and concentration, ... for sure! So, also called wisdom as true wisdom, true wisdom is also called enlightenment or nature.
So it is all known, depending on each place to name. The one who knows how to fall according to life-love is two relative reasons called the mind.  The knowing, seeing white distinguishes is wisdom ([知白]; Tri Bach). The clear, true, natural knowing is called enlightenment. All is the knowing of the mind, where the original reason is: Mind, temporary fake, to the next enlightenment is the mind, surely and permanent. The mind is really the mind of the Buddhas, all of each other: like one, bright and perfect.  Not like the immature mind of sentient beings, the other one, false, damaged, evil, sometimes destroyed, no longer has.
Mind becomes human, wisdom becomes God, enlightenment becomes Buddha. So we need to be pure, determined: To put on the sign of losing the idea of mankind to expect to be Buddha.
The mind is like an unbridled horse running along the road; we have to use mindfulness as the reins to restrain and bind it. Give straight to the right path, until you are familiar with it, let go of the reins: give up mindfulness! But ideas, horses, not running nonsense, so that we dare to call our intentions, we have to be good and good, we dare to use it to use it. And our life is the owner to sit on to ensure a stable and happy life. That means we practice fixing the movement, evil, and deceitfulness, so the idea is really true, righteous, and good. To become a good, precious, sublime human being, beneficial for sentient beings to enjoy and dare to use. Thanks to mindfulness, one can attain right concentration with mindfulness in one place, just as standing water is pure and clean. Therefore, it is also called having purity to have concentration. In order to have mindfulness, one must rely on right effort. In order to have the right effort, one must rely on the right livelihood. If you want to have the right life, you have to rely on the right karma. If you want to have the right action, you must rely on the right speech. If you want to have the right speech, you must rely on the right thinking. If you want to have the right thinking, you have to rely on the right view. Right view leads to right concentration, wrong view leads to wrong concentration.; Right concentration is a peaceful life, wrong concentration is a miserable death. Then the starting point of view is seeing that, when it is wrong, it is always wrong, and when it is right, it is always right. All right is good, all evil is bad. Thus, the view is the seeing, the eyes that must first be made clear, carefully examined, and then immediately focused on the goal. Do not live thousands of happy and miserable lives, live and die, it's not luck or bad luck, but we are neglected and indifferent!

Remember: There is a true investigation of the truth to have joy, happiness, purity, and concentration. Concentration is due to purity, purity is due to happiness, happiness is due to joy, and joy is due to investigation. If there is a wrong or no observation, there will be anger. If there is anger, there will be suffering. If there is suffering, there will be defilements. There is impurity, new birth is chaotic, confused, death is miserable, crazy, useless, and harmful. There is corruption, new birth chaos, confusion, death, suffering, craziness, uselessness, and harm.
People who have concentration, their body, speech, and mind will be pure! Although not talking less, but not doing it, but rarely remembering, and remembering, how many peaceful results? And also through concentration, eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind are perfect, useful, beautiful, dignified, and human beings are born: valuable, worthy of an example. The bright round karma, that is, the precious jewel of beings to respect, save, store, forever later, is a character worth living forever.
Every word, every deed, every thought is the rain of flowers, the cool breeze, the distribution of wealth, all manner of beauty and goodness. [220]

Want to enter concentration not once but determined. We have to find our way, step by step, and practice step by step. Quiet concentration is an inexhaustible treasure, a secret room, a bookcase containing sutras. Or like a fruit, which sentient beings from the past have worked hard to cultivate, gropingly climb outside, but never get inside to attain samadhi, to enjoy that precious and wonderful fruit. It's because, can't find the key, or the closed door, or the heart stem is the entrance. Granted: Everyone knows that meditation is the joy and benefit of life. In concentration: only having wisdom, only having wisdom to remove false-dynamics is true, and Truth-like is inspiration and contemplation. Meaning: More concentration is more wisdom, more spiritual magic, less concentration is less wisdom, and little spiritual magic. Surely everyone wants to have moral wisdom, with spiritual results and miracles, and also know that: What is alive is spirit, But it is difficult to practice, or lack of experience or perseverance, or lack of support from others, it is not easy to achieve successful results. Therefore, many people are tired of fear of danger, so they have to keep practicing good and righteous deeds outside. But thinking that it is enough with his strength, do not try to work hard to get to the Buddha's mind. Righteousness is going to concentration, if you stand forever in a righteous place without concentration, you will not be able to avoid the suffering of samsara. The evil person is not determined, the good person without concentration is suffering, the wise person without concentration is crazy. Whenever we live, there must be suffering, but if we suffer from a lifetime, then all our lives will be relaxed. Wouldn't that be better than prolonging the pain? Besides, the samadhi is not hard work and effort! The more concentration the more fun as long as: we give up the gluttony, ignorance, playfulness, carelessness, then the concentration for us is not surprising. If a person can do the difficult, the superior, the evolutionary, then he is called the superman. No longer wandering around in the grass, trees, animals, people, four elements, one place. Just like a person who knows how to leave his mother, he is called someone who has more courage than people, who do not have to stay in the womb forever.
Then we must try to enter samadhi, and must understand the dhammas of samadhi, like this! But do not be completely faithful to plants, animals, people, the four elements, and be full of love with evil, ignorance, and turmoil.
  • 1) From small to large, the body and mouth are born into the mind, but the body and mouth are evil, so the mind must be evil. So you have to correct your body and speech for good, then your mind will be good. They are evil because of the hopelessness, so now they need to be calm and concentrated! You should practice sitting in one place, tying your feet to sit in full lotus (or half full lotus) holding your hands. Sit right, mouth closed, teeth clenched, head bowed, but focused on something right, once or twice a day according to strength, just right, don't be excessive or inadequate. Do not try too hard or be distracted, remember to keep an object of recitation forever, whether in motion or stillness, not for distraction. Over time, you will get used to the times from less to more, from fast to long. Until we have had the intention, body, speech, and mind have surrendered according to the command, then it is called having me and seeing the results.
  • 2) Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body give rise to mind, so if you want to submit to your mind, you must first submit to your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body. In the past, the five roots: delusion, and impurity, by opening the door to embroider worldly scenes, buried and killed the mind. When the mind is suffocated, it struggles, now it has to close the doors, pour out the matter, then the mind will be light and slow to sit still. The idea is to pass along the doors, so closing the door is the idea that there will be no place to climb, if you are sleepy and tired for a long time, you will lie still. It seems that the true mind that has been treated no longer moves, then we will force it to be taught how to use it, then it will no longer be evil, and become a precious and hard-to-find animal. Don't ignore it when it's available, don't know how to teach it, then we'll need it later and regret it: not!
  • 3) There are three ideas: greed, hatred, and delusion, by treating it immediately, it is necessary to take care of it, to wait for the fence, and to watch every bit. Raise it like raising a child, don't let greed, hatred, and delusion: the three poisons, outside enter. And beware, greed, hatred, and delusion: the three poisons inside are exposed, they must be eliminated quickly: clean! This mind has a poisonous disease: greed, hatred, and delusion, so it must be treated quickly and cared for it because it is a poisonous and infectious mind. It is necessary to feed and drink with precepts, concentration, wisdom, and wisdom from the inside out, from the outside in. It must be just one kind of precept, concentration, and wisdom, then it will take a long time to get rid of the illness and become a precious mind. The mind is the ghost, but the mind is also the Buddha, the person in our house commands that, we need to raise it properly, it can help us: so! So don't let it out near the five doors: eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body (or body, speech) With evil people, with dirty, low-key things: ugly, dirty, but you have to put it up high: pure place. Dressing him in good clothes is equal to silence, and giving him good food is good, only then will he grow up to be a human being.
  • 4) Or change your mind to become wisdom and enlightenment, only knowing wisdom and enlightenment! But forget it completely: if you give up your mind, it will soon disappear, or you will be ashamed to submit to wisdom and enlightenment. If you want to do that, don't stay in affliction, and don't feed it with dust. But if you want to have wisdom and enlightenment, you have to be quiet, stay in a quiet place forever.  Until the mind is disturbed, then one should get up to go... to do, speak according to wisdom and enlightenment.
  • 5) Or
consider yourself dead, retired, tired, but give up what you are doing, or have to do it, find yourself lying dead in a box on the ground, no longer attached to any debt.; Hoặc xem như mình đã chết, hưu trí, nghỉ mệt, mà bỏ hẳn việc đang làm, hoặc phải làm cho rồi, thấy mình như chết nằm trong hòm dưới đất, không còn dính mắc nợ chi nữa.; Or as if it were sleeping, resting forever, to stand still in the middle of the wheel rolling, let the world change. Hunger or fullness, life or death, right or wrong, loss or survival, coming, going, nothing...nothing, left alone, only knowing a True-like, quiet only!
  •  Either keep saying the same word, or keep doing the same thing: attentively, slowly, persistently, regardless of other things. Or have to repeat a sentence over and over again, to clearly show the meaning, to distinguish carefully. Or go out to teach and teach to be full of wisdom, so that you can learn where you hear, see, look, and practice. And teach to speak, until you have enough wisdom like a full bottle of water, then you will no longer have your back, naturally: True-like appearance.
  • 7) Or practice correcting the appearance of speaking, of doing, of showing signs of: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, so that there are rules of moderation. Practice correcting slow, slow, leisurely, leisurely, upright, mature, dignified, and moral behavior. The mind does not let out, because the appearances tell it! Just like forcing a servant to herd cows, not allowing him to be idle (idle), he no longer wanders, runs, and wanders: to cause an accident.
  • 8) Or search in the psychology of sentient beings, examine conditions, find the truth, or listen to the Dharma and listen to the sutras. Either hear the heartbeat, or feel the breath even. Either remember your body everywhere, or preserve the five internal organs. Either be careful to prevent illness, or keep your posture, or sit and count the numbers. Or pick up things, or practice navel breathing...Or count the steps, or imagine the air, or listen to the wind, or be quiet inside, listen outside. Either always keep the one word neutral, or practice the merits, the harmony, the natural, etc. Everything is magic, entering concentration from little to more, from quickly to long, but the real person must persevere, bear the sadness, keep the mind in the jungle, not let it turn.
  •  9) Or just search in the void, the silence, the darkness, the cosmic mystery. Or be quiet and cautious and listen to the movement of your mind, with what happens. Either believe in a holy Buddha, or uphold a philosophical verse. Or meditate on the voice of the world, comment on the change of things, learn about predestined conditions, examine the life of sages, practice correcting as a teacher, student, etc. All are spells to enter meditation, keep the mind quiet, stay away from evil and suffering. [224]
  • 10) Or look for where blue, red, white, yellow, black, purple, earth, water, fire, wind, void, nothingness, yes; where corpses, death, zombies.; Or meditate on the Buddha, the Dharma, the Sangha, the precepts, the concentration, the wisdom, the grace of the Buddha and the gods, the faith, the light, the life. Or contemplating the place of magic, where the compassion, the equanimity,... immeasurable! In the non-existent, unmeasured, without boundary, without memory, without awareness, without self, without permanence, without boundaries...Where the food is dirty, where the body is dirty! Or bored with shame, fear for suffering, samsara... All legal things in the world, wrong or right, can also serve as an object for us to enter concentration. When we practice, we will learn from time to time, there are also high and low dharmas depending on the level, but we have to practice to understand and then choose and process it for ourselve. Not for someone who has already entered samadhi firmly, any spell, any subject, is fine, it's the same, it's not unusually high or low. Or at first we practice keeping one subject, or the first line of dialogue, to focus on and illumine, then later the situation changes, we change, another topic. Or work on one sentence today, then work on the other tomorrow. As soon as the work is finished, after resting, get up, no matter how long or quickly, after or before. Or keep one subject for the seal of meditation, and then move on to another higher subject.
  • Cần nhứt là phải biết rằng: lúc khởi đầu thì phải Tầm sát [尋察] là tìm xét nghĩa lý.; The most important thing is to know that: at the beginning, you must investigate [尋察] to find the meaning.
  • Hiểu nghĩa lý rồi mới có Hỳ [喜] (mừng), có hỷ rồi mới có Lạc  [樂] (an vui).; When you understand the meaning, then there is Hy[喜] (joy), then there is joy, then there is Lac  [樂] (happy)
  • Có lạc rồi mới có Tịnh [淨] (sạch), có tịnh rồi mới có Định [定].; There is happiness, then there is Purity [淨] (clean), and then there is Concentration [定].
After that, the meaning is gone to investigate, that is, to fully realize the dharma in yourself. Then there is joy, happiness, purity and concentration, and after a while there will only be happiness, purity, and concentration. And finally there is concentration and renunciation, renunciation and concentration. Then the learning will come from the quiet place, and from the outer scene will come more and more, that is, liberation has reached the other shore of Nirvana, end of samsara and suffering.

  • So the first jhāna is: investigation, joy, happiness, purity, concentration.
  •  The second meditation is: joy, happiness, purity, and concentration.
  •  The three meditations are bliss, purity, and concentration.
  • The four meditations are purity, concentration, coming to concentration, renunciation, attainment of the path, attainment of the true self, lordship, and results.
The first concentration is the Heaven of Desire Realm, the second is the Heaven of Form Realm. The Three Concentrations are the formless Heaven, or Amitabha Buddha's Land of Ultimate Bliss, and the Four Concentrations are the Pure Land. Through the four samadhis, the Pure Land is called attaining Nirvana. Holding on to rest is called great concentration, in great concentration it is natural and there is no longer any dharma, such as mindfulness, or investigation, joy, happiness, purity, nothing more!
III.___  In the meditative state of mind, there are often joys such as a snail's skin, a cool forehead, like seeing a flash of light. Like seeing the sea of white water covering the surroundings, like seeing yourself lightly floating in the air, and flying with clouds and wind...The thing that must be avoided is that while entering samadhi, do not be too competitive to sit more and sit less, sit for a long time and sit quickly. When it passes through: investigation, it is to joy, happiness, purity and concentration, let it naturally be. Don't have any intention, hope to come and when it just works, you have to get up and go out, don't sit around lest you feel bad, think bad thoughts. Sitting for a long time is thanks to many days of practicing slowly, not racing or showing off well. And don't expect to remember that man or woman at all! Faith is a must, without imagining and expecting. Think of it as sitting, resting, entertaining, that's all! It is not seeing the effect, then it will take a long time to have the effect. But it is necessary to know that it is the magic to avoid defilements and liberation. We sit and practice meditation, to get used to it from a quiet place and to sleep. In the future, when walking, standing, sitting, and lying down anywhere, crowded places: agitation, evil, we can also enter concentration to keep ourselves. Don't let pollution, and live for yourself, without confusion, to help the world, benefit yourself, and others. It is the meditation that is to prevent the evil in us first!
Once it is settled, divine powers and wisdom will have a turn. From concentration to long, the spiritual and moral results will also be from a little to a lot. Naturally, where we are, if there is no disturbance to cover it, it will stay and appear, not ask outside who can give it.
The body's form is as pure as non-zero, the feeling is peaceful and happy. Whenever feeling is peaceful, thoughts are mysterious. Whenever thoughts are occult, actions are magical. Every action is magical, wisdom is enlightened. Whenever wisdom is enlightened, it is enlightened to suchness. That's why it is called: In the "form body empty" there is enough enlightenment, spirit and god, life, three infinitely precious treasures! But we must know how to keep clean, leave it alone, keep it closed, don't let it get dirty and dusty.
Thanks to entering concentration, the new mind becomes old and stiff, the mind remains strong for a long time, the new strength is strong, and the magical powers develop. In the samadhi that is discreetly hidden, just as the fruit has a sealed cover, it will be delicious and fragrant. Concentration of thoughts into a mass that does not scatter makes a solid force. [226]
In it are three secrets: body, speech (mouth), and a hidden mind-secret, which gather in an extremely powerful body. And because being in the same secret is like being a dead person, he often goes with gods, fairies, Buddhas, and saints without a body. Although the body is still alive, the life is on the other side of the realm, back and forth, back and forth, two ways freely and freely. The power of the secret called the god, the most powerful god, including body, speech, and mind as one. But saying full is full, saying life is living, saying dead is death! Telling to stand is to stand, telling to walk is to walk, telling to up is up, telling to down is down...infinitely variable.I am the samadhi, the secret is me, the holy Buddhas are me, I am the holy Buddhas. Is the secret, is the same, is one, there is only one sacred virtue, magic, wisdom with Truth-Like, only!
Regarding the practice of entering-samadhi, we can briefly understand that initial step. In order to fully understand and practice, each paragraph must be explained in many books, which are extremely valuable, and in practice, it must be instructed by an elderly person.
If you want to meditate, you must have a supportive precept, but only a bhikshu monk can enter great concentration. The lay people can only practice a little. Therefore, if you want to enter concentration, you must be a bhikshu, only a bhikshu can enter concentration, not being a bhikshu is difficult to determine.
A mendicant without intention is a beggar. Only concentration will give birth to wisdom, concentration and wisdom will be dual cultivation.Due to the precepts of the bhikshus, then fully enlightened truth-like beings will live forever. True to the truth, the truth, that is, the right path, the way of the universe, ours and all, or the way of our own mind.
Maybe everyone is a mendicant in life! Because who does not have a request from small to large? Who doesn't study every day?Who doesn't have a minute assignment? Who doesn't have magic and miracles ready? So whoever lives in the right way should be, the one who behaves in the wrong way is bad! So it's good or bad to be yourself, everyone should look in the natural to understand.
It is in the natural glass of the mind that concentration is like the surface of water. Then the act of touching also sees, knows clearly: manifests itself and transforms itself into a sacred one. The self, there is no need to learn or practice anything anymore.
IN SHORT:  We need to borrow the good to learn to become a bhikshu: precepts, concentration, and wisdom, and practice Buddhahood. Thus, a bhikshu must have good intellectual roots. Shouldn't it be said, 'What benefits do you desire while you're still in sin? If a person is still evil, uneducated, and unintelligent, but practicing thought will be fine for the sake of the sacred. But the holy evil man is without wisdom, because of his conceit that gives birth to cunningness is evil and apostate. So who wants to practice right concentration to Nirvana! Then, first, you have to practice meritorious deeds to raise your mind, learn the truth, open your intelligence, and practice keeping the precepts. After a certain time, will go right into the Buddha's house. It is important to understand that cultivation is forever and ever, the last place of a long journey, where we end. Do not have to go in and out of the world, or the attainment of fruition in a day or two, for a moment, or when you become a Buddha, sometimes you become a ghost. [228]
Besides, cultivation is like eating to live. That is not fast or slow, or the way around, the shortcut at all! So let's go slowly, if we are good people, the mind is not destroyed today, but to be afraid! As for contemplation, which is the first to be attached to practice, practice is to go on When you have reached a quiet place, that scene is the quiet nature of suchness. There is no longer any attachment or non-attachment, the same attachment to yes, no attachment at all, according to the argument.
If you want to enter concentration, you also need a pure scene, the state of mind must be the same, the time must be right.  Sentient beings should not be approached, or close, they must be in harmony, or protected and supported, but good people must be patient and persevering. Although you are not afraid of death, do not risk yourself, for the fruition path is not in the dead. Concentration is a natural scene, nature is quiet. So the mind and the scene must be quiet in order to have a natural life.
Before entering meditation, the matter of spending: must be given and finished; or if it can be put aside, but inside or outside must be free of attachment to be quiet.
The practice must be active and quiet, practice it little by little to get used to it, don't be too greedy: it's too much, but it's dirty and cramped. Every time you sit, you have to change your seat, don't sit in the same seat twice, you have to find a quiet place or an empty place where you can see the horizon. By the place where the turbulence must sit, face the wall, the tree stump. It is better during the day, to sit under the tree, at night: to sit in the open. In the morning, let it dry in the sun, at night it should catch a little dew. It must be changed frequently so as not to become boring [229], but not far from the goal, it is through that diligence that results. The path of right concentration is the last place of sentient beings. Who we should be: meditation and Enter samadhi, end!

WRONG PERMIT OF DEATH SENTENCE.

(Wrongful conviction: Pharmacist A.)
__ Hung! You are too wicked,
You are the father's fault, your soul respectfully presents!
Injustice, wrongdoing, injustice,
The judge's punishment, the death sentence is wrong! (2)
__ Seven fires* stand there, showing off,
Adding another shot, called "great grace"
Meaning living in the mortal world,
Remembering the gratitude to the Fatherland, accepting the fate: going!

__...!?!...(Namo Buddha! Namo Dharma and Namo Sangha: please offer this fire! To the Buddhas, Dharma, Sangha, ten directions: ...three generations!)

*Note: I am surprised by the author Tru Vu's mistake (the timeline) in writing the biography of Minh Dang Quang, which is me! Because I went to practice asceticism at the volcano (Ba Hoa) located in Quy Nhon.
__ In the poem by Nun Huynh Lien, the name (nickname) was wrong, it was "five fire," meaning Tran Van Soai (Lieutenant General) with three stars...
__ I specifically instructed Thich Giac Tinh during the recitation of the Dharma talk on the topic "Entering Meditation"
__ I specifically instructed him on a mantra to use when using "fire." And Thich Giac Tinh "secretly" did not reveal the mantra to anyone: knowing the mantra!
__ Yes! But if anyone knows that mantra, it's Minh Dang Quang in disguise; I am the real Minh Dang Quang!

Topic: I apologize to myself!

(A dialogue with myself, so I call it a "monologue." And I would like to use an exclamation: Oh, me!... There are punctuation marks like "question marks" in an image that is hung upside down! Why?)
___ Because the English sentence says "absolutely no posting" here. There is a sentence that is a "judgment" of the court. There is a sentence that is a "precept" issued, and the person enforcing the precept is me.

Bodhisattva Thich Tam Dang.

___ There is a sentence that seems difficult, but in reality it's "easy peasy." Because once it's said, it's done!

CONCLUSION: The usual practice is that things that haven't been done yet are so difficult, so "difficult." When they've done it, they happily think: It's easy peasy, what's so difficult about it! Oh, me!

=> Experience: Writing articles here is for the purpose of translating into English. After posting and translating to English, "delete" the post. Too easy, what's so difficult about that? (Remember to copy and save the post before deleting it.)

After writing the article "Apology to Myself"!
__ I suddenly realized that I had used the "profile picture rules" incorrectly. Why?
__ Form, appearance, function, and then "reason." That's the Sino-Vietnamese (Han-Nom) way of expressing it.
__ So I "changed my profile picture."

This profile picture is the remaining result. After 3 years of drawing with artist Do Le. And every afternoon, we would "enjoy" a few glasses of kidney-tonifying herbal wine with him. I call him uncle, he's the husband of Aunt Ten... She's a traditional medicine practitioner (daughter of Teacher Ten).

NOTE: I discovered this is Truong Vinh Ky reincarnated. So I exchanged his poem!

...that day's meditation: I reviewed the "film reel" of his past that still exists in his "memory." But that person's eyes were where I "captured" the image... and indeed, I examined it carefully... and concluded that it was "Truong Vinh Ky"...
BODHISATTVA PRECEPTS LAW:
__ Within 15 days, you are only allowed to look intensely, gaze for a long time, and with the same sensuality as looking at your lover. Otherwise, you are violating the law regarding "watching more than the permitted amount of film."
