Khó dò biển-giác mênh mông,
Difficult to probe the vast sea-sense,
Rừng thiền vắng lặng, sao trồng sao gieo?
The meditation forest is quiet, why plant sow?
Một mình lạc bước hiểm nghèo,
Alone and perilously lost,
Đàn kinh pháp bảo, nẻo về thênh thang:
"Đạo ẩn tàng như Kim Cang,
Hidden Tao like Vajra,
Thích Ca bỏ cả, giang sang sự nghiệp.
Thich Ca gave up everything and went to his career."
Sáu năm rừng già thọ-nhiếp,
Six years of the old forest of longevity,
Khổ hạnh gian truân, chẳng hiệp: khổ đau!
